Talking and communicating are not the same.
Most conflicts at work stem from misunderstandings and can be avoided if team members develop interpersonal communication skills. These skills contribute to an atmosphere of trust, increase cohesion within the team and, in the long run, lead to better results achieved with less effort.
We cannot even begin to think of leadership without interpersonal communication skills.
Team leaders, as well as team members who need to rely on their peers or superiors to get the job done, know fully well that it is much easier to get others on board if you can understand them at personal level and if you can rightly assess the impact of your communication style.

This workshop is for those who wish to improve their interpersonal communication skills and turboboost their careers (through interpersonally aware leadership). Social intelligence is a core instrument in the basic managerial toolkit; nevertheless, the workshop can be equally beneficial to employees at all levels, irrespective of whether they hold an executive role or a management position.
What will you gain?
You will learn a fundamental communication model that you will be able to use in any given situation, in order to reduce stress and avoid misunderstanding, in order to prevent conflict or to better resolve it when it does occur. In other words, you’ll be better equipped to get the job done with less nuisance on the way.

The workshop lasts for two days, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

One workshop group can include up to 12-16 participants.

About the trainer
Dragoș Bucurenci is a graduate of the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) programme of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and has been certified as NLP Coach by the from Corte Madera, California.
He has trained more than 1000 managers in using the Process Communication Model® and he received The Best Training of the Year Award at the Business Edu Gala in 2010.
He made his journalistic debut at when he was 17 years old and has since written for dailies and magazines such as Academia Cațavencu, Evenimentul Zilei, Esquire, Elle and The One. He has produced and hosted TV shows on Pro TV, TVR1, Prima TV and Realitatea TV. He co-chaired The Future of Media Stanford conference in 2013.
He’s a frequent speaker on communication and personal development. In 2015 he was a guest speaker at the second edition of The Power of Storytelling conference.
